The Award-winning Papers Published by UCMT Students at AOM 2022

On the last day of the AOM 2022 annual conference, UCMT student Tony HUANG under Ecole des Ponts Business School, presented his paper – a case study of organizational dysfunction and hidden cost in a manufacturing company in China. His paper was the winner of the Information Age Publishing Outstanding Doctoral Student Paper Award.

During the last session of the AOM 2022 annual conference, UCMT student Fymmi (ZHANG Yanfei), Ecole des Ponts Business School, presented her paper – a case study of digital innovation organizational readiness. She applied two theories: hidden costs and ambidexterity. Her paper was nominated as the AOM Newman award. She is also the winner of the best paper award of AOM MC division 2022.
