The AOM All-academy “AOM Practice-oriented Doctoral Consortium”
The second all-academy “AOM practice-oriented doctoral consortium” took place during AOM 2022. As of last year, the doctoral consortium was opened by the keynote speech of Professor Denise Rousseau, Carnegie-Mellon University, former president of the Academy of Management .
Professor Henri Savall, author of the “socio-economic approach to management (SEAM)” theory, gave a keynote about the numerous research publications related to SEAM at the AOM and in academic journals.
Then, DBA and professional doctoral students from USA, Europe and China gave an introduction to their dissertation and provided their opinion about the relevance of professional doctorates to their practice.

The presentations of the students were followed by a panel of professors from all around the world providing advice to the students about their dissertation.
